The terms that govern your use of this site and, alongside your signed agreement, our services.
Last updated: September 25, 2026
By using shortstack.work or engaging ShortStack for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
ShortStack provides marketing and growth services — content, presence/website, paid ads, AI/automation workflows, and custom builds — described in more detail on our Services page. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out separately in a proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement between you and ShortStack, which takes precedence over this general page in the event of a conflict.
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Fees, billing cadence, and cancellation terms for any ShortStack engine or tier are set out in your specific proposal or agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, invoices are due on the terms stated in it, and continued non-payment may result in pausing or ending services.
The ShortStack name, logo, and site content (copy, design, graphics) are owned by ShortStack unless otherwise noted. Deliverables created for you as part of a paid engagement are governed by the ownership terms in your specific agreement — typically transferring to you upon full payment, unless stated otherwise.
This site and its content are provided "as is." Illustrative figures, sample dashboards, and mockups shown on this site are for demonstration only and are not a guarantee of specific results — actual outcomes depend on your market, offer, budget, and execution, and are addressed concretely in your service agreement, not on this page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShortStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability related to a specific paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.
We may suspend or restrict access to this site for anyone who violates these terms. Termination of a paid engagement is governed by your specific service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ShortStack's place of business in Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your signed agreement specifies otherwise.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
